All manpower will be on the rolls of the franchisee. |

Licensing of the shop must be carried out by the franchisee as per existing rules. |

A minimum of 2 telephone lines should be obtained. |

Purchases should be as per specifications laid down by the Company. |

Quality must be maintained to Company standards. |
| 7. |
Stringent checks must be kept on the service, including on-time delivery. |
| 8. |
Wastage and leakages must be controlled. |
| 9. |
Hygiene factors must be kept under strict check, as explained by the Company. |
| 10. |
A record of all customer feed back is to be kept. |
| 11. |
Books of Accounts are to be maintained in an organised manner and made
available to the company whenever asked for. |
| 12. |
All payments to the Company under the Franchise Agreement should be made by Demand Draft strictly according to the
payment schedule. |
| 13. |
Complete confidentiality on all trade secrets and products manufactured, is to be maintained at all times. |
| 14. |
Sales Tax should be paid by the franchisee as per the law. |
| 15. |
The
property finalised by the franchisee
will be taken on lease by the company
and in turn the company will sub-lease
the property to the franchisee on
similar terms. |

All promotions and marketing initiatives launched by the company should be promoted aggressively. |
